SFR is again trying to drive up the prices of RED packages. An “evolution” of its offer that subscribers can refuse. We explain how to do that.

RED by SFR customers have been receiving an email from the operator a few hours ago with a change in their package. The operator in the red square explains to chase “his investments and accelerates the rollout of its network to give you the best customer experience”† This results in an increase in the subscription of 3 euros extra per month, with the key “more gigas to take advantage of 5G”†
A controversial method that does not belong to some subscribers at all, as we can see on social networks. If RED by SFR is justified, the waiter should also remember that it is possible to refuse this change and keep their current offer. After the change comes into effect, you have 4 months to refuse the new offer.
An increasingly common practice
RED by SFR subscribers are now used to this growing practice. Indeed, the operator’s green mark on the red square is not the only one trying to change its offers. Bouygues Telecom has also made a habit of upgrading its customers’ B&You packages. The method is the same with the promise to take advantage of extra gigas for an amount generally about 3 €/month more.
