And “starting this season, we hope Partouche will be able to incorporate cryptocurrencies into its branches from July or August,” stated Patrick Partouche, who succeeded his father, Isidore Partouche, founder of the family group in 1973.
“We are in the process of putting this in place, technically and legally it will hold. We will take the strongest cryptos,” he said, sitting on the sidelines of NFT Day, which launched the 2022 edition of the NFT on Tuesday. This NFT is “a sesame, a gateway to belonging to a community of people” and will provide benefits in the network of casinos and Partouche hotels, he continues, such as “access to evenings reserved for owners of NFT, participation in lotteries to concert tickets to be won, or a stay”.
Buyers, who become the exclusive owner of these wildcard images, can also resell them. “The customers of our sites want experiences. With these NFTs, thanks to partnerships, they will have many advantages within the group and even beyond,” said Patrick Partouche, whose son Ulysse is also working on this project.
The casino owner, who hopes to “reach a younger target, 18-35-year-olds” is also not “stopping” from “creating his own cryptocurrency”, Maurice Schulmann also indicated.
