Alstom has signed a contract with the board of directors of the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport, USA, to provide the airport operations and maintenance services for the APM system SkyLink from the airport for the next 10 years, i.e. until January 2032. The contract amounts to over 200 million euros. The order is included in the accounts for the fourth quarter of 2021-2022.

Catana lifted the veil on Wednesday evening about its activities for the first half of 2021-2022. Over the period, the pleasure craft specialist realized a turnover of 70.05 million euros, a jump of 45.38% in one year. “Driven by the momentum of the Bali brand and an exceptional order book, new boat sales grew by almost 50% in the first half, before billing increases in the second half,” the group said.

In the first quarter of 2022, the turnover of the Safe group amounted to 1,428 million euros, a strong growth of 31%, despite a health crisis that is still present in the indirect markets. This quarterly turnover is the company’s second strongest quarterly performance after the fourth quarter of 2019, with a turnover of 1,502 million euros.

The shareholders of Stellantis, meeting in the General Meeting on Wednesday afternoon, voted against (by 52.1%) the resolution regarding the remuneration of the management of the group for the financial year 2021, including that of Carlos Tavares, the director- general. It must be said that the latter’s compensation has been at the center of controversy.

Umanis disclosed net profit group share of 12.9 million euros for fiscal year 2021, down 9% over the year. Influenced by the growth and the gradual improvement in the activity rate, the EBITDA in 2021 amounted to 28.8 million euros, an increase of 19%. The EBITDA margin thus amounted to 11.7%, compared to 11.2% in 2020. The consolidated turnover amounted to 246 million euros, an increase of 14%.

The animal health laboratory Vetoquinol posted a turnover of 135 million euros for the first three months of the fiscal year 2022, an increase of 5.5% on a reported basis and 2.2% at constant exchange rates. Essential products amounted to 77 million euros, an increase of 8.1% on a reported basis and 5.5% at constant exchange rates. They represent 57% of the laboratory’s turnover for the first 3 months of fiscal year 2022 (55.6% at the end of March 2021).
Vinci-Eiffage
Vinci Concessions and Eiffage have announced the opening of the simplified takeover bid for the shares of Société Marseillaise du Tunnel Prado Carénage (SMTPC) effective April 14, at a price of EUR 27 per SMTPC share. It will remain open until May 6, 2022. As the Offer was made under the simplified procedure, it will not be reopened after the publication by the AMF of the results of the Offer.
