A new bonus of 3000 euros for employees!

The government tries to hide misery by offering bonuses. It doesn’t change much, but the French take what there is to take. After the inflation bonus, the energy vouchers, discover this new support and last but not least, since the amount goes up to 3000 euros! How it works ? Who qualifies?

A new measure, how does it work?

From April 7, go to the application for your personal training account called CPF. It’s impossible that you’ve never heard of this term, especially with the many prospecting calls you receive every day. By going to the platform, you can in any case be faced with a nice surprise. Employees and employees who have not had a professional meeting with their manager for at least 6 years will receive the neat 3000 euros. Companies with at least 50 employees and more are the only ones affected by this new system. A measure that will probably please more than one, that’s for sure.

According to the legal texts, all employees must be received by their supervisor for a professional interview and this no more than every two years. These professional conversations must take place on site and during working hours. This is an opportunity for the employee and his manager to take stock of the career, the acquired skills and the future. It is a right for the employee and a duty for the employer. Training is therefore very important during this interview. It is the best way to acquire new skills, to evolve or to change jobs. So CPF management can be part of the conversation. In addition, these agreements are mandatory after maternity and paternity leave and also after long-term sick leave.

Who are the people involved in this amount of 3000 euros?

Several people are affected by this new premium. After all, these are employees who have to conduct professional job interviews every two years and who therefore have specific contracts. This concerns, for example, several contracts such as CDI, CDD, intermediate full time or part time. In addition, people with an apprenticeship or apprenticeship contract and professional contracts are also affected by this measure and this bonus of 3,000 euros. Nevertheless, there are rules and exceptions on every device. There is only one exception for this measure, which is new staff† After all, anyone who has been employed by the company for less than 2 years cannot qualify for this bonus of 3000 euros. In any case, priority will go to the oldest for the time being.

The companies are aware that they risk this fine of 3000 euros since March 31, 2022. The aim is that every employee can be received and heard during this professional conversation. The businesses have until April 7 to comply with this law, which means that the premium does not have to be paid. Will this measure satisfy the workers? Unfortunately, we are not convinced!
