Warzone Update May 4 Patch Note: Weapon Balancing

The new update war zone just made repairs to the armored truck and some Assault Rifles from Black Ops Cold War in favor of some Vanguard weapons. The full patch note.

After the major update of Warzone Season 3, the developers released a new update on May 4 that fixed several pending issues, including bugs and glitches. In addition, several popular weapons received buffs and drops.

The main changes to the weapon balance are nerfs for some Cold War assault rifles, as well as improvements to several Vanguard weapons in an effort to make them more competitive throughout Season 3.

The Cold War AK-47 just got a nerf.

Vanguard weapons have struggled to perform as well as their counterparts since they were introduced to Warzone.the developers said.

They explain that due to the frequent long-range duels in Caldera, weapons with low maximum damage ranges became ineffective:”Unfortunately for Vanguard weapons, this was often the case.

As a result, several Cold War Assault Rifles have just been nerfed and, on the other hand, Vanguard Weapons have been upgraded.

Ever since they were introduced in Warzone, Vanguard weapons have struggled to perform as well as their counterparts. Therefore, this update paves the way to resolve this issue. Engagement distances have only widened since the transition to Caldera. More and more skirmishes take place in areas with minimal damage.
