Luhansk region governor calls for more evacuations
Serhiy Haïdaï, the governor of the Luhansk region, called for an intensification of evacuation operations from his region, as the Russian army intensifies its military operations there.
The Luhansk region is located in the Donbass, which today is the main military target of the Russian army.
“The Russians are gathering troops for an offensive and we are seeing an increase in bombing,” Serhiy Haidai said in a televised interview.
In addition, about 30% of the area’s population had not yet been evacuated.

Volodymyr Zelensky calls for ‘strong global response’ after attack on Kramatorsk . station
